Our climate-controlled facility features separate areas for large and small breed dogs, each with 6' x 6' kennels and supervised yard time. Cats enjoy a spacious 12' x 12' room with trees, toys, and sunny windows.

What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Sunday 7:00 AM -12:00 PM & 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Closed from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM daily)
How to Book
We accept reservations by phone, email, or through our website.
Payments Accepted
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash.
Credit card payments can be taken over the phone or by SMS secure payment link.
We offer cash and card prices on all items.
Checks will be considered.
Arrival and Departure
Earliest time for drop off is 7:00 AM. If you need an earlier drop off time that will need to be discussed on a case by case basis. Just ask!
We treat all our pet guests just like a hotel for people would for departure times.
If you need a late pick up after 5:00 PM, this is only offered on a case by case basis. Just ask!
Exercise and Playtime
The pets get group or solo play depending on evaluation or request.
As a small facility with personal attention for each dog, we will determine on a daily basis who we believe your dog can play with. We base this on several factors, including size, age, play style, and more. If your dog isn’t friendly with other dogs, there’s no need to worry! He will still get lots of outdoor playtime with our staff. There’s also no need to be concerned if your dog is one of the “restricted” breeds. We do not breed restrictions and will take any dog (even those who are “in-tact”) as long as they are not aggressive towards people.
What is your cleaning policy?
Our boarding facility is cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis. As pets have accidents or make messes those are immediately cleaned up, sanitized and the area is welcoming and clean at all times.
We maintain a flea and tick free facility. We require each pet to be communicable disease and fleas and tick free. If fleas or ticks are discovered on your pet, we will administer a Capstar tablet, which is an additional fee.
All our dogs and cats eat and drink from stainless steel bowls that are sanitized and cleaned daily.
What do your provide for my pets stay?
DOGS: We provide a comfortable bed to dogs that boards in our facility. It's a raised bed that provides comfort and ventilation for your canine. Food is included with your pets stay (feeding two times per day with our in house food). We also provide a stainless steel food and water bowl.
CATS: We provide a bed, food and water bowl, cat box, clumping cat litter and toys (food will be available at all times to your cat unless otherwise specified by the client).
Do you administer medication?
Yes, we do. Depending on the type of medication administration that is needed, there may an additional fee. Please provide all needed medication in a prescribed medication bottle with detailed instructions on the time and amount to administer.
What is included in home services pet sitting?
We provide feeding and care to most animals, plant watering, mail pick-up, and more. Pricing is determined by distance traveled and services provided.
What does pet insurance cover?
Our pet insurance plans are designed to cover a wide range of situations to keep your furry friend healthy and happy. This includes accidents, illnesses, surgeries, diagnostic tests, hospitalization, prescription medications, and even preventive care like vaccinations and annual check-ups. We're here to provide comprehensive coverage for your pet's well-being.
Are there breed or age restrictions for coverage?
No, we believe that every pet deserves access to quality healthcare. That's why we have no breed or age restrictions on our coverage. Whether your pet is a playful puppy or a wise old companion, our insurance plans are open to all breeds and ages. We're here to protect pets of all kinds.
How do I file a claim, and what's the process like?
Filing a claim with us is straightforward and hassle-free. When your pet receives treatment, simply collect the necessary invoices and medical records. You can then submit your claim online through our user-friendly portal. Our dedicated claims team will review your submission promptly. We strive to process claims quickly so you can get reimbursed for eligible expenses. We're here to guide you through the process and make it as simple as possible, ensuring your pet gets the care they need.
